Miley Cyrus was due to perform with the Foo Fighters on Friday at the Festival Estéreo Picnic in Bogota, Colombia.

Tragically, Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins passed away late Friday, and the band canceled the show and their tour.

Cyrus took to Instagram to dedicate her next show to Taylor Hawkins, with whom she had worked together on a Billy Idol collab earlier.

She posted a smiling picture of Hawkins, writing, “This is how I’ll always remember you.”

She posted another Instagram story, writing, “my favorite memory with Taylor is dancing around his drum while he played along to this song."

The song was “Brass in Pocket” by The Pretenders and Cyrus also wrote, “Playing it on repeat imagining us laughing… love forever.”

Coldplay’s Chris Martin also dedicated their performance of “Everglow” to Taylor Hawkins.

Comedian Dane Cook also expressed a similar desire, “My shows tonight will be a tribute to Taylor Hawkins who died today. What a f***ing rock star.”

Hawkins clearly touched a slot of people, through his music and more and the tributes keep pouring in.
