Meghan McCain expressed her distaste for Elon Musk and NickCannon's pride in fathering plenty children with several mothers.

McCain also called their mindset "very impersonal, fatalistic, and dystopian” and added that the very premise of his mentality was flawed and unrealistic.

McCain wrote about Musk's “creepy” Twitter exchange with Cannon after news broke that Musk fathered twins with one of his executives, Shivon Zilis, in November 2021.
