Mariah Carey reportedly plans to fight for legal custody against Nick Cannon over their twins Moroccan and Monroe.

This comes on the heels of the arrival of his 12th child Halo Marie with Alyssa Scott.

Cannon and Scott previously shared a son, Zen, who passed away from brain cancer as an infant.

Carey allegedly made this decision after asking Cannon to make time for their kids.

Per reports, the “All Mine” singer doesn’t want to punish Cannon, but only wants what is best for the children.

They initially agreed to have joint custody of the kids and co-parent them following their divorce in 2014.

The six mothers of his kids include Abby De La Rosa, Brittany Bell, LaNisha Cole, and Bre Tiesi.

Cannon recently opened up about the difficulties of being a dad to multiple children.

The star gave two reasons for this; that he was either too busy with work or too overwhelmed with so much responsibility.
