Jennie Nguyen has been fired from “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
Bravo issued a statement on Tuesday: “They said: “Bravo has ceased filming with Jennie Nguyen and she will no longer be a cast member on ‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
They added, “We recognize we failed to take appropriate action once her offensive social media posts were brought to our attention.”
Bravo concluded by writing, “Moving forward, we will work to improve our processes to ensure we make better informed and more thoughtful casting decisions.”
Bravo’s decision came after Nguyen’s insensitive Facebook posts from 2020 resurfaced last week.
The reality star bashed Black Lives Matter protests and more.
On the same day, Nguyen shared a post on Instagram Story.
She wrote, “I will be finally speaking my truth tomorrow now that I am allowed to.”
Nguyen added, “I will be taking questions after! Thank you to who all supports me."
