Former Las Vegas Raiders Wide Receiver Henry Ruggs was arrested for fatal car crash this week.

Ruggs killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor, and her dog.

Ruggs was driving at 156 mph.

Ruggs’ blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

Tintor’s car lit up in flames, as she and her dog were trapped.

Ruggs is now facing four felony charges.

There is also a misdemeanor charge of possessing a gun under the influence of alcohol.

Ruggs faces 46 years in prison, if convicted of all charges.

Ruggs was in the middle of his second NFL season.
