An autopsy has confirmed that country music star Luke Bell died from an accidental fentanyl overdose.

The report also revealed that Bell’s unresponsive body was found by a passerby, who noticed drug paraphernalia.

The report also stated that Bell had suffered from arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Bell’s friend and fellow musician, Matt Kinman, had previously confirmed that Bell had died on August 29th.

Bell’s manager, Brian Buchanan, recently told TMZ that Bell had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

He said Bell struggled with the condition and regularly disappeared, but they were always able to find him.

Bell’s family also recently released a statement and confirmed he had suffered from mental health issues.

They also thanked Bell’s friends and fans for their support during his life and after his death.

As the statement concluded, they also asked for privacy as they grieve the loss and honor his memory.
