Comedian Chris D’Elia recently went under the knife for surgery.

On the recent episode of his podcast, “Congratulations,” he was joined by his wife Kristin who recounted how his surgery went.

“I said I got a nose, that’s not entirely true. I mean I did get a job on my nose and it was a deviated septum,” D’Elia said.

“She was telling me all the s**t that went down since I was under,” D’Elia explained.

Kristin explains that the surgery went excellent.

The doctor said, “I’m going to wait for him to wake up and then you can go back there, because I have a feeling he’s going to wake up really crazy.”

Because D’Elia has never done drugs, the doctor was afraid of how he’d react coming out of anesthesia.

“Five doctors and nurses yelling ‘Chris, don’t, Chris lay down, Chris you’re out of surgery, Chris don’t hit your nose,’” she said.

You were trying to take out the IVS and fight all the doctors and nurses,” she said laughing.
