Housekeeper Sustained ‘No Injuries’ In Slapping Incident
She's still under criminal investigation.
According to the police report obtained by The Blast,Britney’shousekeeper was uninjured during the altercation where she claimed the pop star slapped a phone out of her hands.
“On Monday at approximately 10:25 am, there was a dispute between Ms. Spears and one of her staff members inside Ms. Spears’ home," the report states.
"The staff member reported that during the dispute, Ms. Spears struck her.” The Sheriff’s Department then made it clear, “There were no injuries during the incident.”
"Ultimately, the reports will be forwarded to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration. The incident is classified as a misdemeanor battery.”
Britney refused to answer any questions from the deputies that responded to her home. This is fairly normal, considering lawyers will often tell their clients not to talk to the police.
Brit's still fighting in court to have restrictions of her conservatorship relaxed in her day-to-day life. This could make it harder to convince a judge that now is the right time to end it.
