Alec Baldwin Facing New Lawsuit From Halyna Hutchins’ Family

Alec Baldwin is facing yet another lawsuit from the family of the late Halyna Hutchins.

Last February, Halyna’s wife and son filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him.

Now Hutchins’ parents and sister are bringing their own lawsuit.

They claim that safety protocols were ignored on set.

They allege that Baldwin should have checked the gun before filming the scene.

The family is suing for loss of consortium, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other things.
