Aaron Rodgers’ had a life-changing experience while doing ayahuasca.

During a recent appearance on the “Aubrey Marcus Podcast,” Rodgers revealed his ayahuasca experience prior to his back-to-back MVP years.

“To me, one of the core tenets to your mental health is that self-love. And that’s what ayahuasca did for me,” he said.

“[It] helped me see how to unconditionally love myself. And it’s only in that unconditional self-love that then I’m able to truly be able to unconditionally love others.”

This interview comes after his split from fiancée, Shailene Woodley.

The couple got engaged in February 2021, but officially called it quits this past June.

During the same interview, he also made a rare comment about his ex-girlfriend, Danica Patrick.
