Vili Fualaau hasn't changed his mind about separating from wife Mary Kay Letourneau and a court date set for next month could make it official.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Fualaau filed a motion for default against his estranged wife because she never filed a response to his separation papers, which he filed all the back in May. Letourneau even blew off a court date earlier this month.

But the infamous former teacher finally filed her response and now there is a hearing set for next month.

Fualaau's lawyer tells The Blast, "My client is moving forward with the separation."

The famous couple met when then 34-year-old Mary was 13-year-old Vili’s sixth-grade teacher. She served seven years in prison for having relations with him and was released in 2005.

Prior to entering prison, she gave birth to their first child. They eventually got married and had one other child.
