Tekashi 6ix9ine has reached a plea deal in his New York assault case and as a result, the incident will not show up on his criminal record.

According to the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, the rapper plead to a disorderly conduct violation stemming from his arrest in May for allegedly assaulting a police officer. He was initially charged with a felony and then that charge was reduced to a misdemeanor a few months later.

The charge will not appear on Tekashi's criminal record as long as he stays out of trouble and obeys all laws for an unspecified amount of time. If he does get in trouble, he could serve 15 days in jail.

The case also will not affect his probation in his sexual misconduct case.
