The man accused of trespassing on Taylor Swift's Los Angeles property pleaded no contest at a court appearance today. According to the district attorney's office, Justin Lilly was "immediately sentenced to three days in jail, three years of summary probation and ordered to stay away from Swift's property.

A homeless man was arrested over the weekend for showing up at the home of Taylor Swift's home and refusing to leave.

According to prosecutors, a man named Justin Lilly tried to climb "the wall to the property, in spite of multiple warnings by security officers to leave."

He was arrested Sunday afternoon at Swift's Los Angeles home. Thankfully for Taylor, she was not currently staying at her Beverly Hills mansion at the time.

Lilly faces one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property. He was arraigned today in an L.A. court and faces a maximum sentence of six months.
