"Real Housewives of New York" star Sonja Morgan apparently lives in a world where she doesn't have to pay for legal work.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Morgan was victorious for the second time in less than a week against lawyers who represented her in her 2010 bankruptcy.
On Monday, a judge dismissed a lawsuit filed against Morgan by the law firm Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP. The firm sued the reality star last year claiming they were owed $350,000 for work they did.
In dismissing the lawsuit, the judge ruled that the firm failed to provide any documents showing Morgan had a deadline to pay the $350k owed in legal fees, failed to prove they demanded the payment or how they even demanded it from Morgan.
As a result, the judge tossed the entire case against her.
As The Blast first reported, Morgan was victorious just last week in a separate lawsuit filed by different lawyers who worked on her bankruptcy over an alleged $66k unpaid bill. A New York judge threw out the case on a technicality.
