Braun posted the response on his Twitter feed, saying "Justin Bieber has done a lot of stupid things in his past but what he has also done is apologize and own those mistakes," adding "This most recent claim against him is completely false and a fabrication from a man who tried to push for money for the last several years."
The longtime advisor of Bieber is lashing out at Rodney Cannon, who accused Bieber of hurling the racial epithet during a street fight in Cleveland back in 2016.
Braun says "It is disgusting to me to see this man lie and try to bring race into a situation to scare us into a payment again." He is adamant that Cannon "Never said these things before because they never happened," and that "This is a smear tactic to get money and it's gross."
As we reported, Cannon claimed in his lawsuit Bieber used "racial epithets" during the brawl after the NBA Finals in 2016, and sources close to the case tell The Blast the slur was the "N-word."
Braun ended his rant in defense of Bieber by simply saying the accusations are "completely false and we won’t be scared or blackmailed. This man should be ashamed of himself. Real racism exists.. but it doesn’t apply here. Just horrible."
