"Real Housewives of New York" star Luann de Lesseps has gone back to court after she was accused of violating her probation and is demanding prosecutors turn over all evidence, including any failed drug test results.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star is asking the judge to force prosecutors to hand over all information about these alleged violations, which is interesting given that the reality star's probation officer said in his report that she admitted to drinking.

De Lesseps also wants all "reports or statements of experts made in connection with this particular case, including results of physical or mental examinations and of scientific tests, experiments or comparisons."

She could be interested in examining the alleged failed test to determine if the results were accurate.

De Lesseps is set to appear in court later this month, where a judge will determine if she violated her probation.

Last month, the reality star's probation officer accused de Lesseps of failing an alcohol test on April 21. She allegedly admitted to her probation officer that she had consumed two mimosas after a performance in Chicago.

As part of her probation stemming from her 2017 arrest for allegedly kicking a cop, de Lesseps was required to attend two AA meetings per week. But according to the Violation Report, “Since being placed on supervision only a total of 5 AA Meetings have been submitted to the state of Florida.”

The officer went on to recommend “that the subject’s probation is reinstated and modified to the following: ordered to complete a 4-week outpatient treatment and she is fitted with an alcohol ankle monitoring device.”

Last July, Luann de Lesseps struck a deal where she entered a guilty plea to three counts: battery, trespassing, and disorderly intoxication.

The deal called for de Lesseps to get one year of probation, pay fines, perform 50 hours of community service, attend two AA meetings per week, have no possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs and random drug testing paid for by her.

The “RHONY” star was facing up to one year in jail for the battery, one year for trespassing and 60 days for the disorderly intoxication charge.

As The Blast previously reported, the reality star was charged with felony battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, and resisting an arrest with violence. De Lesseps allegedly kicked a police officer during the ordeal.
