'RHOC' Star Shannon Beador's Estranged Husband Seeks Order to Keep Her From Drinking Around the Kids

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador's estranged husband is requesting an order to prevent the reality star from consuming alcohol during her time with their daughters.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, David Beador filed a request in their nasty divorce specifically about her drinking.

He states, "The mother had publicly stated on television within the last month, she 'self-medicates' with alcohol. That behavior is detrimental to the children."

David continued, "I requested Mrs. Beador agree to not drinking or being drunk in front of the children and the request was denied and in fact disputed that she even stated she 'self-medicates' even though the television clip of her stating it is currently on the Bravo (NBCU) website and was included and quoted on several media articles."

He is seeking an order which would prohibit Shannon from drinking eight hours before or during periods of time with children.

Shannon Beador has yet to respond to the motion. A hearing has been set for next month.

Back in December, Shannon filed for divorce from her husband David after 17 years of marriage.

The couple shares three daughters together. Shannon is seeking primary physical custody and joint legal of their kids and wants David to have visitation only.

She was awarded $22,500 a month in temporary support from her ex until a final order is issued.
