"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexis Bellino has lost a $4 million dollar home after the reality star agreed to give it up to her ex-husband in their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Alexis transferred the deed of an Orange County mansion the couple purchased back in May to her ex, Jim Bellino.
The docs specifically note that this transfer is in connection with a property settlement agreement or decree of dissolution of a marriage, which means it was agreed upon in their divorce.
As The Blast first reported, Alexis and Jim bought the 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 4,572 sq. ft. oceanfront property for $4 million, only months before he would file for divorce. The home features a great room, marble flooring, a private pool overlooking the beach and 24/7 security for the gated community.
Jim filed for divorce from Alexis on June 21. Alexis tells The Blast they have already agreed to split custody 50/50 for their three kids.
A month after Jim filed for divorce, the couple bought another O.C. home using their couple’s JAMM Family Trust. The trust then transferred the home deed to Alexis individually days later.
The 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3,730 sq. ft. home is located in San Juan Capistrano, and they dropped $1.3 million on the property.
