‘RHOBH’ star Dorit Kemsley's Ex-Biz Partner Accuses Star of Ruining Her Own Swimwear Line, Wants Lawsuit Dismissed

The former business partner of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley wants out of a lawsuit brought against him, and claims he was only following the reality star's marching orders.
On November 21, Ryan Horne filed court documents denying all allegations he pulled a fast one on the reality star and cost her hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Horne says any action he took in relation to the swimwear line was approved by Dorit, and is adamant he never breached any deal. He argues that he held up his end of the partnership, and claims Dorit is the one who messed up. Basically, he's saying if she wants to blame anyone for losing a bunch of cash, look in the mirror.
Horne wants the lawsuit against him dismissed, and for his case against Dorit for $205,000 plus in damages to continue on.
Earlier this year, Dorit and her husband Paul 'PK' Kemsley were sued by the former business partner. Horne claimed he entered into a deal with Dorit and Paul back in 2017, for them to launch a line of bathing suits, and he allegedly fronted the company $130,000 in merchandise and another $75,000 for other expenses.
He accused Dorit of selling the bathing suits at a large profit but never paid him back a dime. He eventually sued demanding the entire $205,000 he put into the business and a cut of the money the reality stars made from the sales.
Dorit eventually fought back with her Beverly Beach line and counter-sued Horne claiming he was never promised ownership in the company and called him “merely a vendor” for the brand.
The "Real Housewife" also accused Horne of costing her hundreds of thousands in lost sales due to products not being delivered on time.
The Blast obtained video earlier this year of Dorit getting heckled while on vacation by a friend of Horne, who screamed out ‘You Cheap B*tch!’ to Dorit in public.
