Quavo Drops $2.58 Million Scooping Up Three Georgia Homes in Past Year
Quavo is turning himself into quite real estate investor having dropped over $2.5 million in the past year on three Georgia homes.
The Migos rapper made his first purchase on August 30, 2017, when Migos Touring, Inc. purchased a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 11,000 sq. ft. home in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The home had previously been listed for sale at the price of $2,098,000 but Quavo was able to talk the price down to $1,885,000.
The property – located in the fancy Country Club of the South – sits on over two acres of land and features a wine cellar, fitness and game room, terrace level with kitchen, media room, pool with waterfall, bar, sauna and a curved staircase.

On December 20, 2017, the home was transferred from Migos Touring Inc. to Jennie Lou Maddox LLC, the same company Quavo used to purchase his mother her own $560k home for Christmas (see that house below).
Recently, Jennie Lou Maddox purchased a third home in Lawrenceville, Georgia for $140,000. The 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 1,712 sq. ft. home appears to have been purchased for Quavo’s sister and other family members (above).
The total for all three home purchases comes to $2,585,000.
