Mark Salling's Ex-Girlfriend Files Claim Against His Estate

Mark Salling's ex-girlfriend has filed a claim against his estate looking to collect on the $2.7 million settlement she's owed.

According to court docs obtained by The Blast, Roxanne Gorzela filed a creditor's claim against the estate stemming from a settlement she won back in 2011. Gorzela had accused Salling of forcing her to have unprotected sex.

Gorzela wants a judge to set aside money from Salling's estate to pay off her claim.

Salling committed suicide on January 30 after he had worked out a plea agreement in October where he agreed to plead guilty to possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor.

He had agreed to a sentence of 4-7 years in his plea deal.
