A judge signed off today on dismissing the child pornography case against Mark Salling.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the United States Attorney's request for dismissal — which was filed on Monday — was granted by United States District Judge Otis D. Wright.

As The Blast previously reported, the U.S. Attorney requested to dismiss the case “without prejudice,” meaning they can file the case again if they choose.

Salling was due to be sentenced in March, but he committed suicide on January 30.
