The divorce of "Love & Hip Hop" star Keyshia Cole is back on with her ex-NBA star hubby moving to finally wrap up their split.
According to court records, Daniel Gibson recently handed over his financial records to Cole, which is a necessary step to finalize the case.
The movement in the case is interesting given that earlier this year, Cole was warned to hurry up or the divorce would be dismissed and they would remain married.
After that story, the singer responded on social media that she "would LOOOVE TO MOVE FORWARD With the divorce.” She claimed Gibson’s lawyer needed to change his position on custody and spousal support, saying she was not going to give him full custody or pay him.
As The Blast first reported, the singer filed for divorce back in September 2017. She cited irreconcilable differences for the split and listed the date of separation as October 31, 2014 (rumors first surfaced of them splitting in 2014 but neither side ever actually filed until 2017).
Keyshia Cole requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Daniel Gibson Jr.
Gibson filed his response to the divorce months later, which was the last update in the case.
Neither side has filed a single document in the case since October 2017.
The couple got married in 2011.
