Lindsay Lohan's mom has lost the actress’ childhood home to foreclosure following a years-long legal battle.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a New York judge ordered the home Lindsay grew up in to be sold off due to Dina Lohan defaulting on the mortgage.

Dina failed to respond to a foreclosure lawsuit and the judge ordered the home to be sold off at a public auction within 90 days. As of December 12, 2017, Dina owed $1,492,784.21 on the home.

The Lohan family matriarch has battled to save the home for years, with Lindsay even stepping in at one point and giving her $40,000 to prevent it from being lost.

Back in 2013, Dina Lohan was sued by JPMorgan Chase for foreclosure. Months later, the parties worked out a deal and the lawsuit was put on hold.

Then earlier this year, the bank went back to court to restart the lawsuit and demanded they be allowed to take back the property and foreclosure.

Dina did now show up to court to respond to the suit.

The Blast reached out to Dina for comment — so far, no word back.
