August 5, 7:30 AM PT — Bass now says he got screwed on the deal! Click here to find out what happened.
The famous house that "The Brady Bunch" called a home now has the coolest new owner possible, Lance Bass!
The 'NSYNC star was one of the many that threw his hat into the ring to scoop up the famous North Hollywood property after it was put on sale for $1,885,000. Miley Cyrus was also reportedly in the running.
The 3-bed, 2,477 sq ft house served as the exterior shots for the Brady Bunch and has preserved the 70's facade ever since. After the original owners died, their children put it on the market but wanted to offload it to someone that was going to treasure the history of the house.
Bids from prospective buyers had to be submitted by Tuesday, and Bass just made the announcement and said that his bid was accepted!
It's unclear what the winning number is, but it was clearly enough for the sellers to wave Bye Bye Bye to other offers.
Having Bass get the property is fantastic because he does not need to use it as a residence, it won't be ruined with modern conveniences.
The star reportedly has plans on converting the inside of the house to a duplicate for the TV show, which will no doubt be chronicled for an upcoming reality show project.
