Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, has been served with a lawsuit over an alleged assault against a security guard.

In September, Mario Herrera sued Bendjima accusing him of attacking him at Coachella earlier this year. He claimed to be stationed at the men’s bathroom when the male model tried to enter with Kourtney.

The guard claimed Younes lost it when he was told Kourtney could not enter the men’s bathroom. Herrera alleged Bendjima picked him up and slammed him against a wall. The guard claims he suffered severe injuries and had to be treated at a hospital.

He sued seeking unspecified damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Herrera filed court documents recently saying Kourtney Kardashian’s ex personally served with the legal docs at his West Hollywood condo, which he purchased last year and appears to be living in following his break-up with the reality star.

Now that Younes has been put him on notice of the lawsuit, he will have to show up to court and respond to the allegations of the Coachella beatdown.
