Johnny Depp's lawyers are responding to allegations that they bilked the actor out of millions, claiming they didn't do him dirty, and also alleging the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star owes them a ton of cash.

The law firm of Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman filed documents claiming they did nothing wrong, and don't believe Depp suffered any damages as a result of their services.

BHDRLFS&G says Depp's misfortunes and hits to his bank account are due to his own misconduct, representations and negligence over the course of their working relationship and the law firm can't be held liable.

They also claim Depp hasn't paid them since July, despite continuing to use their services. The law firm doesn't specify how much they're owed, but they say the original deal with Depp is that they get a percentage of his entertainment income, so it's potentially massive.

Earlier this year Depp filed the $30 million lawsuit against BHDRLFS&G accusing them of screwing up his finances by not telling him of his dire cash-flow situation, and alleging they conspired with his business managers to ruin him.

The great irony in everything? The lawyers getting sued had to get different lawyers to file their documents, which will now be reviewed by Depp's new legal team. Lawyers win ... always.
