The Situation has reached a plea deal with the U.S. Department of Justice and has agreed to plead guilty to charges of tax fraud.

According to the Dept of Justice, The Situation and his brother "have agreed to plead guilty," and will officially enter their pleas this Friday.

Just last week, Sorrentino rejected a plea deal offered by prosecutors, but it seems there's been a change of heart.

The former "Jersey Shore" star and his brother were accused of not paying all federal income tax owed on approximately $8.9 million earned between 2010-2012.

The feds also accused the Sorrentino brothers of inflating business expenses for luxury cars and clothing, and also structuring multiple cash deposits into different bank accounts in order to avoid reporting deposits to the IRS.
