It was a good day in court for Ice Cube and the BIG3 Basketball league.

The BIG3 was victorious recently in a defamation lawsuit against the Champions League —which never got off the ground — and was awarded a judgment for a whopping $21 million.

Greg Kirakosian, the lawyer for the BIG3, will next file the paperwork for the court to sign off on the judgement to make it official. The Champions League will have one last chance to fend off the default judgment next month.

The BIG 3 originally sued the Champions League back in 2017 after the CBL had claimed they were defrauded by the BIG3 because they would not allow players to play for both leagues.

The suit named CBL CEO Carl George as a defendant, as well as former NBA superstar Mark Aguirre.
