“Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star Gunplay is denying he head-butted his stripper ex-girlfriend and accuses her of being the one who attacked him.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Gunplay is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by an ex-girlfriend named Aneka Johnson.

In the documents, Gunplay says that while the two did date from 2010-2012, he denies head-butting her. He claims Aneka provoked him and says she was the one who attacked him. He claims he was merely defending himself.

Aneka alleged that Gunplay showed up to The Office, a strip club in Miami, where she works as a stripper. She claims he showed up with his current girlfriend and she exchanged words with him. Anekia claims he waited in the parking lot until she was done with work and then allegedly attacked her.

According to a police report, Aneka accused Gunplay of head-butting her in the face. She later drove herself to a hospital where she was treated for bruising to her face and neck, as well as a scratched cornea.

The case is ongoing.
