David Cassidy Death Certificate Shows Singer Has Been Cremated

David Cassidy has already been cremated, according to his death certificate.

According to the "Partridge Family" star's death certificate, obtained by The Blast, Cassidy was cremated in Hollywood, FL shortly after his death on November 21.

The official cause of death has been blacked out, but the family said the 67-year-old died from complications with liver failure. He was hospitalized at the Broward Health Medical Center for a few days before he passed and was in and out of consciousness while waiting a liver transplant. His condition worsened and he died shortly after being taken off life-support.

As we first reported, Cassidy will not be having a funeral, but instead his family will hold a private memorial to honor the singer after the holidays. The possibility of a public memorial for fans is also being discussed.
