Chris Pratt & Anna Faris Unload $5 Million Family Mansion Following Divorce Settlement

The place Chris Pratt andAnna Faris called home during their marriage has already been scooped up by some new homeowners mere weeks after being placed on the market.

On December 3, Pratt and Faris put the Mediterranean-style mansion, located in the Hollywood Hills, on the market for $4.995 million.

According to real estate records, the former couple found a buyer only weeks after putting it up for sale, and have officially accepted an offer.

Backup offers are still allowed on the home, but unless anything crazy happens the escrow should close and officially end one of the last connections between the two stars.

The home was originally purchased by Pratt and Faris in 2013 for $3.3 million, and if sold at the asking price, they'll walk away with a cool $1.695 million ... that will most likely be split between the two.

As we reported, the divorce was filed in December 2017 and the two eventually worked out a deal for joint custody of their son, 6-year-old Jack, and neither pay spousal support.
