Caitlyn Jenner will pay out an $800,000 settlement to five members of a family who were involved in a fatal car crash in 2015.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Elga Maurer, the 73-year-old woman who was in the car at the time of the crash and suffered a fractured neck, will receive a $500,000 payout.
Peter and Lea Wolf-Millesi will receive $100,000 each and one of the children will receive $50,000.
Another child who was in the car — who is now 3 years old but was just four weeks old at the time of the crash — is scheduled to receive $50,000 as well.
Our sources say insurance will cover part of the settlement.
According to the documents, Jenner will also cover $250,000 in attorneys fees.
Peter Wolf-Millesi was driving a Hummer on the Pacific Coast Highway on February 7, 2015 when he struck the Lexus that was pushed into oncoming traffic after being rear-ended by Jenner. The driver of the Lexus died at the scene.
Jenner has previously settled lawsuits with the stepchildren of the driver of the Lexus and a woman who was driving a Prius that Jenner also ran into during the fatal chain-reaction.
