By Whitney Vasquez

“Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay is trying to keep her zen after her recent miscarriage. The 35-year-old Bravo personality revealed she’s doing anything to keep calm after revealing the devastating news to the world last week, and she’s getting a lot of presents in the process. Posting a care package that came in the mail from jeweler Lindsay Montgomery and her friend Dee Wood, Scheana Shay gushed over the duo while modeling the thoughtful gifts she received.

Sporting several beaded bracelets with special meanings, the SUR waitress showed one reading her name and another one for her boyfriend of nine months, Brock Davies. They also gifted her three extra bracelets with messages for her future reading: “zen,” “breathe,” and “success.” Besides the beaded jewels, Scheana Shay showed off a journal labeled “Zen As F*ck” for “practicing the mindful art of not giving a f*ck.” Flashing the presents on her Instagram Story on Monday, June 29, the “Vanderpump Rules” star gave a big thanks after a rough past few weeks.

Miscarriage At Six Weeks:

As The Blast reported, she announced the devastating miscarriage news on her podcast, "Scheananigans with Scheana Shay,” last week. The reality TV star emotionally told her listeners, “A few weeks ago, we found out that I was pregnant." Scheana Shay has been open about her struggles with fertility and had already begun the IVF process. "For those of you who have followed my fertility journey and freezing my eggs the last year and a half, I didn’t think I could get pregnant on my own," she continued. While doctors told her that "it would be close to impossible," Scheana Shay got pregnant on her own.

Brock Shows His Support:

She was so excited that she told her parents. Unfortunately, the pregnancy didn’t stick and she miscarried at just six weeks along. Scheana Shay was away in a San Diego hotel room with her boyfriend and recalled feeling “off.” Saying she was “bleeding all weekend,” the “Vanderpump Rules” star later went to her doctor who informed her there was no heartbeat. After revealing the miscarriage news, Brock Davies posted a heartfelt tribute to Scheana making it clear that he has her back. Her bestie and fellow “Pump Rules” star Ariana Madix also posted her support for Scheana.
