Tyga is on a roll when it comes to ending his legal battles, with the rapper settling a $1.4 million lawsuit right after dropping his separate massive battle with Birdman.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tyga and concert promoter Heavy Rotation are jointly informing the court they have reached a settlement.

Per the settlement, the entire case will be dismissed.

Last year, Heavy Rotation sued the hip-hop star after paying him $141,000 to perform at three venues around the United Arab Emirates.

After the deal was agreed upon, Tyga allegedly pulled out of the appearance because he claimed another club in Dubai was offering more money. The promoters claim the move caused them to suffer monetary damages, however, the rapper claims he never agreed to the restrictions of not performing at other venues.

They sought $1.4 million in damages.

Tyga denied all allegations of wrongdoing and demanded the case be thrown out. He even accused the promoter of failing to get the appropriate approvals from the club he was supposed to perform at.

The dismissal comes right after Tyga dropped his $10 million battle with Cash Money and Young Money over alleged unpaid royalties.
