Tina Knowles got out her best china to throw her dear friend Vivica A. Fox a dinner party for the actress’ 55th birthday.
Beyoncé‘s mama dished gumbo on an assortment of Versace plates and documented the Hollywood Hills party — which included actresses Regina King and Tasha Smith — on Tuesday.
Wearing a crown fit for a queen, Vivica A. Fox thanked her table full of friends as they chanted happy birthday wishes her way.
Of course, Tina wore a tiara too because she’s Queen Bey’s mom.
Sharing a video from the party, Tina captioned the celebration footage by paying tribute to her actress friend.
“Last night we had a gumbo dinner and Birthday celebration for the beautiful Vivaca [sic] Fox. Who is always giving of her time, love , support and generosity to everyone she meets . She truly leaves everything she touches a better place. So i wanted to honor her,” she wrote.
The “Empire” star also shared some memories from the night, including tons of pictures with the partygoers.

Wearing a patterned dress with see-through slits, the newly crowned 55-year-old paired her plunging neckline with a black laced bra that peaked out.
Tagging themselves in the super exclusive Hollywood Hills, Tina Knowles spared no expense for Vivica’s birthday bash.
The Versace plates cost upwards of $325.00 EACH! Plus, that’s not even counting the yummy gumbo or delicious cake that was served.
