By Whitney Vasquez

Justin Hartley is wasting no time in going forward with his divorce because his estranged wife has already moved out of the family home. Just shy of two weeks after he filed, Chrishell Stause has been forced to get a place of her own with sources telling People the move took place on Wednesday and she's still shook over their marriage suddenly ending. “Chrishell moved out of the house today that she shared with Justin. She is still in shock,” a source told the outlet.

Separation Date Drama:

“There are so many things that she doesn’t understand. They don’t even agree on their separation date. It’s just a strange situation," the source states, adding she's being forced to move forward in her life without her "This Is Us" star husband. "But what she can do? She has no choice but to move on," they said. As The Blast reported, Justin Hartley filed for divorce from Chrishell Stause on November 22, 2019 after just two years of marriage. While the actor stated "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, he listed the date of separation as July 8, 2019. When Chrishell filed her response she disputed that date listing the day he filed for divorce as the actual separation date.

What Happened?

It's interesting that he claims their separation happened months ago considering they have been spotted at several events together since then. Most recently, Justin and Chrishell attended the Golden Globes 2020 Ambassador event on November 14 and they seemed like a happy couple. Chrishell, who stars in the Netflix reality show "Selling Sunset" and is known for her role on "All My Children," even shared photos with her husband from the event. The duo posed alongside each other, as well as his "This Is Us" castmate Chris Sullivan. Fighting about their separation date isn't the only thing they will most likely dispute over. According to the divorce documents, Hartley doesn't want to pay Chrishell any spousal support either.

Inside Their Sudden Split:

After their surprising split, an insider told People that Hartley and Chrishell were on two separate pages when it came to their future. The source stated they have “been having trouble for a while,” and “in many ways, they’re somewhat fundamentally incompatible." According to their insider, Justin Hartley was focused on his career, while Chrishell Stause had babies on the brain. “Chrishell is really ready to just settle down and be a wife and stay-at-home mom and was hoping to start a family relatively soon,” they shared. “Justin wants that but also doesn’t think it has to happen in the near future and is at a point in his career where he wants to really be able to explore all the options that are coming his way," the source continued. “He’s reached a new level of fame thanks to the show and he doesn’t want to close many doors right now, and that’s not the path Chrishell is looking to take. She thought babies would happen soon after they got married, but it just hasn’t worked out.”

The duo wed during a rustic ceremony in Malibu back in 2017. Chrishell was Harley's second wife. Prior to their marriage, he also said "I do" to soap opera star Lindsay Korman. They were married for 8 years before calling it quits in 2014. Together, they have one child -- 15-year-old daughter, Isabella, and share joint custody. The actor has spoken about his daughter in great lengths and has revealed what it means to be her dad. “We do everything from read to surf Instagram,” he told Us Weekly. “It’s nice. I’m lucky to have an almost-15-year-old who I feel like tells me everything or can tell me everything. She probably doesn’t tell me everything, but I think she feels like she can. That was the goal. … She’s my best friend.”
