According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge has set a hearing in the case for February 11. Portwood will be able to present evidence she believes proves Glennon violated their custody agreement.
Earlier this month, the reality star rushed to court accusing her baby daddy of screwing her out of time with her son over the holidays. She claimed their son was the victim of a dog bite that she accused Glennon of trying to hide from her.
Portwood said she was supposed to see their 1-year-old on Christmas but Glennon left the state without properly notifying her. In court docs, Portwood says her ex hit her up on Christmas telling her their son was “nipped” by a family dog. He informed her he had to take their kid to the ER. She accuses him of failing to keep her updated on the ER visit and saw a photo that appeared to show their son with a black eye and bandaged nose. She believes the injuries were worse than Glennon originally told her.
The reality star accuses Glennon of violating another term of their deal by posting photos on Instagram. She pointed to a photo he posted of their son on New Year’s Eve, which is allegedly not allowed by either.
Portwood is demanding Glennon be found in contempt of court for violating their custody agreement. She is also asking the court for extra time with her son to make up for the missed visitation. Portwood requested Glennon cover her attorney fees for having to bring this issue to court.
The two have been involved in a nasty custody war ever since Portwood was arrested for domestic violence. She avoided jail time after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors.
