Dash’s husband commented, “Today, the State Attorney made the right call by declining to file charges against my wife, @staceydash . She was arrested over my objection at the time, but due to the pending investigation, I waited to comment until now. We both look forward to getting this behind us.”

Over the weekend, Dash was arrested for domestic violence following an altercation with husband Jeffrey Marty.

The two got into an argument at their Florida home around 7:45 pm. During the fight, Dash allegedly slapped and pushed her husband.

Dash called police accusing her husband and his three kids of conspiring to have her arrested. She claimed it was to cover up his own actions.

The police report stated, “"the victim sustained red scratch marks to his left upper arm from being pushed."

The Blast obtained the police body cam video which shows Dash being questioned. When the topic of her career comes up, Dash tells the officer she’s an actress. She said “I did a film called “Clueless” but explained she is on a break.

In the video, Dash is also seen crying after cops ask her to put her hands behind her back.
