Just about everything that goes viral on the Internet seems to be cyclical, as we learned once again this week.

An Instagram hoax first circulated back in 2012 and for whatever reason regained steam once again on Tuesday.

Basically, the post is about a new Instagram rule that allows the company to use your photos in anyway they see fit, even in litigation against you. The only way out of giving Instagram this power is to re-share the post. It's 100 percent fake, but that didn't stop many celebrities, like Pink, from sharing it.
