Rob Kardashian was awarded $45,000 in a court battle accusing him of threatening to hire a hitman to kill a friend of his ex Blac Chyna.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge has granted a motion for attorney’s fees filed by Kardashian. The judge ordered Chyna’s former friend, Justin “Pilot” Jones, to pay Kardashian.
Back in 2017, Jones sued Kardashian and Chyna accusing them of outing him as a gay man and threatening him on social media. In the lawsuit, Jones says a photo of him making out with Chyna leaked online. Kardashian and Chyna allegedly blamed Jones for the leak accusing him of selling the photo.

He accused them of publicly exposing him as bisexual on Instagram, along with leaking his private phone number to their followers. He denied being the leak of the make out photo but says the duo convinced their fans otherwise. As a result, he claims to have received threatening messages online. He sued saying his life was ruined and demanded $2 million in damages.
Chyna and Kardashian denied any allegations of wrongdoing and demanded the lawsuit be dismissed. A judge agreed with them and dismissed the majority of the claims. The case is ongoing with the last remaining claim against the defendants.
Due to the majority of claims being dismissed Kardashian believed he was entitled to $60,000 in attorney fees. A judge agreed he was owed attorney fees but in the amount of $45,109.01.

At one point in the nasty lawsuit, Jones submitted screenshots of a text conversation with Chyna and Kardashian. In the alleged messages, Jones pointed to several threats from Kardashian saying he would hire a hitman.
As The Blast first reported, Kardashian recently suffered a setback in his custody battle with Chyna. A judge denied his emergency motion seeking to strip Chyna of primary custody. The two remain fighting in court over their daughter Dream.
Chyna celebrated with her daughter after the custody victory was revealed.
