'RHONY' Star Sonja Morgan's Drastic New Look, Plastic Surgeons Weigh In

“Real Housewives of New York” star Sonja Morgan recently debuted a shocking new look causing many to question if she went under the knife.
Last week, Sonja posted a photo on Instagram where she looked quite relaxed and lifted. One fan wrote, “Sonja & Dorit have both been VERY busy during quarantine visiting their injectors and surgeons ??”
The Blast spoke to plastic surgeons Dr. Frank Agullo aka Dr. Worldwide and Dr. Michael Obeng to get their take on Sonja’s new look. Neither doctor has worked with the reality star personally.
Dr. Worldwide tells The Blast, “Sonja’s face looks softer and more youthful. She has had volume filled in under her eyes. This can be achieved with fat injections or hyaluronic acid fillers.”
He added, “Her chin is also softer. This can be achieved by shaving down the bone. She has certainly gained some volume in her lips as well most probably with filler. Her nose hump appears much softer, but not perfect, which can only mean that she’s had a nonsurgical rhinoplasty with fillers and threads or really good Photoshop.”

Dr. Obeng said, “Sonja’s jawline looks very defined. This can be achieved by shaving down the bone. Her she also had Rhinoplasty, lip fillers and skin resurfacing for flawless skin.”
As The Blast previously reported, fans were quick to comment on Sonja’s new look. One wrote, “Whooooo are these women going to for their services/treatments???? A lot of them come out looking like a $3 doll who’s had their skin stretched so much, there’s no more elasticity. What is you doiiiin???!!”
Sonja isn’t the only “Real Housewives of New York” star making headlines at the moment. The backlash against Ramona Singer continues to grow amid accusations she was reckless during the pandemic. Many took her to task for traveling from New York to Florida during the crisis.
