The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is wasting no time getting into a regular fitness routine after being released and deported back to Italy last week.

Despite rumors that Teresa Giudice isn't in love with Joe anymore, Gia's caption makes it seem like the family is a united front following his release.

"We come back stronger than before," she wrote. "The fights just starting."

Adding to the caption, she turned the focus on Joe's brother, Pete, who he's seen sparing with.

"Zio pete your a great coach," Gia wrote.

Not many 47-year-olds can do the splits, but Joe makes it look easy.

Gia added a video of the reality star doing the middle, left and right splits on her IG story. This time, Joe has his own message to relay to fans.

"I’m going to come back and we’re going to fight,” he said. “Gotta fight your way back. Never give up.”
