"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub has already gotten a court order against her husband of three months.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Staub says she returned to her Englewood, NJ mansion Sunday night and found that her garage door would not open. It had apparently been disengaged by her husband, Martin Caffrey, who was standing in the garage and allegedly "under the influence of alcohol."

Staub said she went inside the home and realized "several of her family portraits of her children and other sentimental framed photographs nad been taken down." She claims she became upset and suspected that Caffrey took down her photos. Police eventually found the stuff in Caffrey's car.

The Bravo reality star says she believes her husband of three months is "attempting to tarnish her reputation and career by making repeated false reports to the media." They were married in the Bahamas back in May.

Staub's temporary restraining order was granted and Caffrey was ordered to vacate the home, stay away from her and also her two daughters. She has also reportedly retained a divorce attorney, according to Page Six.

Perhaps a bigger blow to anyone in a relationship with a reality star, Caffrey has also been ordered to stay away from NBC Studios at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
