'RHOC' Star Kelly Dodd Sparks Anti-Trump Comments Following Boat Parade

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Kelly Dodd is getting ripped a new one after showing herself on the water with an American flag proudly hanging off the boat as Donald Trump supporters caused a stir on the seas. The 44-year-old Bravo personality has longtime been critiqued for her political views and getting engaged to Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal added more fuel to the fire.

So, when she jumped onto a boat with her husband-to-be over the Labor Day weekend despite the pandemic, fans were not surprised. Instead of shaming her for not wearing a mask, they decided to question whether she was apart of

a Donald Trump boat parade.

Over the holiday weekend, thousands of Trump supporters planned events all over the country on the water to back the president. Images quickly began to circulate showing Republicans taking to the oceans sporting Donald Trump gear from bikinis to hats and waving Don flags.

While Kelly Dodd did not appear to be part of any parade and her the flag on her boat was a traditional red, white and blue one, her followers weren't letting her off easy and immediately connected the "RHOC" star to her fellow Trump-loving foe.

Turning the camera on herself and her shirtless fiancé, Kelly Dodd was seen showing off her volumized cleavage in a brown pushed-up bikini top. Holding a red plastic cup, the controversial Bravo star panned the camera to show the water while Rick Leventhal said, "Best Labor Day weekend ever!"

"Boating ?," Kelly Dodd captioned their boat video. Despite not even mentioning Trump's name, her Instagram followers went on the attack. "probably in a trump boat parade...embarrassing to say the least," one person wrote.

"Yall on one of those Trump boat parades??!?? lol," commented another. "TRUMP 2020 MAGA!!" posted a fan. Several others continued to fill her comment section with responses in support of Donald Trump.

Not everyone was upset with Kelly Dodd's video. Some responded to the trolls by defending the star's right to her own political views. "She can vote for whoever she wants. That's America," one fan commented. "She is allowed to go boating without having to explain where she is or why she is there! She's also allowed to support the President if she chooses," replied another.

"RHOC" fans are pissed at Bravo for welcoming Kelly Dodd back for season 15 and are threatening to boycott the popular show altogether.
