"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexa Curtin may have already broken a New Year’s resolution because the reality star started off 2019 by getting arrested once again for drug possession.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, 26-year-old Curtin was arrested on January 5 for possession of Xanax and drug paraphernalia. The reality star was sent to Orange County Jail and released the following day after posting bond.
Curtin listed her occupation as "unemployed" when being booked.
The reality star was busted by Irvine PD for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Prosecutors charged Curtin days later with two misdemeanors drug charges.
The case is the latest in a string of arrests for Alexa Curtin, who has multiple criminal cases that are all still active. She is set to appear in court next in March for these latest charges.
Back in October, a judge issued an arrest warrant for Curtin after she blew off a court hearing. The reality star was scheduled to be in court related to her three separate criminal cases. Curtin — the daughter of former “RHOC” star Lynne Curtin — failed to appear for the hearing and the judge eventually got tired of waiting.
The three separate criminal cases include the August 2018 arrest for drug-related warrants, which led to her spending four days in jail.
As The Blast first reported, Alexa Curtin was charged back in April with driving under the influence of a drug from an incident back on June 6, 2017.
