'RHOBH' Star Dorit Kemsley Loses Court Battle Over Frozen Bank Account

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Star Dorit Kemsley has lost her battle to save $30,000 of her money, as part of her husband PK’s $1.2 million court battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge has ordered the $29,634.10 held in Dorit’s bank account be seized. The money will be handed over to a man named Nicos Kirzis, in the lawsuit he brought against Paul "PK" Kemsley.
Dorit's City National bank account had been frozen as part of the court battle.
Dorit originally argued the $29k in the account was solely her money. She said PK had not contributed a dime to the account. She demanded the judge not allow Kirzis to touch the money.
Kirzis said Dorit failed to provide evidence, to back up her claims of it being only her cash.
Dorit and PK were in court this week and changed their mind about the account. They agreed to stop fighting over the $29k. The judge then ordered the money (which was being held by the court) be sent over to Kirzis.
The $29,000 will not make a big dent in the $1.2 million owed to Kirzis.
The Blast
The whole situation centers on $1.2 million Kirzis loaned to PK back in 2011. The battle over the money has been going on for over a year. Kirzis accuses Kemsley of not paying a dime for years.
Kirzis said Kemsley has made a payment of $250,000 but that only covered the interest that racked up for years, leaving a remaining balance still of $1,235,573.66.
Dorit was ordered to appear in court, as part of PK’s battle and bring her financial and bank records.

Dorit demanded Kirzis not be allowed to seize the $29,634.10 in the account. She argued the account was her separate money and PK had not contributed to it.
The judge decided to freeze the bank account until a final decision was made.

PK filed docs denying he owes the $1.2 million. He claims it was discharged in a UK bankruptcy he filed in 2011. He pleaded with the judge to not make Dorit show up to court. A judge denied his request and ordered they show up with their records.

The Blast also obtained a video last year of a woman screaming at Dorit while on vacationing with her “RHOBH” co-stars. The woman was friends with another man currently suing Dorit and PK over a bikini business. In the video you can hear the woman scream at Dorit to pay her friend and shouting “you cheap bitch!”
Despite the legal issues and alleged money owed, it didn’t stop Dorit from celebrating her 43rd birthday in luxury..
Dorit and PK were also hit with federal tax liens over an alleged $1 million dollars in back taxes. the IRS filed two federal tax liens over unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Doritand Paul "PK" Kemsley for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.
The second lien was for PK solely and accuses him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016. The grand total of the debt for both liens comes to $925,310.90.

Looks like Dorit will have more than enough material for next season, where she will be joined by two new housewives.
