'RHOBH' Star Dorit Kemsley Shows Up To Court in $1.2 Million Battle

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley has completed her financial examination in court, as part of her husband’s $1.2 million battle.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dorit appeared in Los Angeles Court on September 5.
She had been ordered to appear with financial records connected with her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley.
The documents note Dorit was “sworn, examined and discharged” following the court hearing. During the hearing, Dorit was grilled under oath about money shared with PK.
The court order does not state if Dorit’s bank account will be unfrozen.
The day before, PK appeared in court to have his bank records examined.
The Blast
The legal battle was brought by a man named Nicos Kirzis. He loaned PK $1.2 million back in 2011.
The battle over the money has been going on for over a year. Kirzis accuses Kemsley of not paying a dime for years.
Kirzis said Kemsley has made a payment of $250,000 but that only covered the interest that racked up for years, leaving a remaining balance still of $1,235,573.66.
A judge ordered Dorit to appear in court, as part of PK’s battle and bring her financial and bank records.
Kirzis went to court trying to seize moneyin a City National Bank Account under PK and Dorit’s name.
Dorit then rushed to court demanding Kirzis not be allowed to seize the $29,634.10 in the account. She argued the account was her separate money and PK had not contributed to it. Kirzis accused Dorit of not providing any evidence to back up her claims.

PK recently filed docs denying he owes the $1.2 million. He claims it was discharged in a UK bankruptcy he filed in 2011. He pleaded with the judge to not make Dorit show up to court. A judge denied his request and ordered they show up with their records.

The Blast also obtained a video last year of a woman screaming at Dorit while on vacationing with her “RHOBH” co-stars. The woman was friends with another man currently suing Dorit and PK over a bikini business. In the video you can hear the woman scream at Dorit to pay her friend and shouting “you cheap bitch!”
Dorit and PK were also hit with federal tax liens over an alleged $1 million dollars in back taxes. the IRS filed two federal tax liens over unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Doritand Paul "PK" Kemsley for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.
The second lien was for PK solely and accuses him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016. The grand total of the debt for both liens comes to $925,310.90.
Looks like Dorit will have more than enough material for next season, where she will be joined by two new housewives.
Dorit isn't the only "Real Housewives" star with new legal troubles.
