“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley’s husband PK has rushed to court, attempting to block his wife having her finances examined, over his $1.2 million debt.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Paul “PK” Kemsley is back in court in the case brought by a man named Nicos Kirzis. PK owes $1.2 million Kirzis, who loaned the reality star money back in 2011.

In the newly filed docs, Kemsley claims he doesn’t owe Kirzis a dime because the debt was wiped clean in a UK bankruptcy.

The reality star says Kirzis loaned him the $1.2 million back in 2011. He would file for bankruptcy five months later and listed the loans. He claims to have the money he owed discharged in his case.

Kemsley takes issue with Kirzis taking the battle to New York and now California, in an attempt to collect on the money. PK is adamant the case should be thrown out of court.

He points out the court has ordered Dorit to appear in court on September 4, along with having her bank account frozen in the case. Kemsley is pleading for Dorit’s court appearances to be pushed back, until a judge determines if the debt was actually discharged. If the judge agrees with him, then there will be no need for her finances to be examined.

A judge has yet to rule.

The battle over the $1.2 million has been going on for over a year. Kirzis accuses Kemsley of not paying a dime for years.

Kirzis said Kemsley recently made a payment of $250,000 but that only covered the interest that racked up for years, leaving a remaining balance still of $1,235,573.66.

Dorit was recently ordered to appear in court, as part of PK’s battle and bring her financial and bank records.

Kirzis recently went to court trying to seize moneyin a City National Bank Account under PK and Dorit’s name.

Dorit rushed to court demanding Kirzis not be allowed to seize the $29,634.10 in the account. She argued the account was her separate money and PK had not contributed to it. Kirzis accused Dorit of not providing any evidence to back up her claims.

A hearing has been set for September, where the judge will decide if the bank account can be seized or if Dorit will keep the funds. The money has been frozen and can’t be touched by Dorit until a judge makes a final decision.

The Blast also obtained a video last year of a woman screaming at Dorit while on vacationing with her “RHOBH” co-stars. The woman was friends with another man currently suing Dorit and PK over a bikini business. In the video you can hear the woman scream at Dorit to pay her friend and shouting “you cheap bitch!”

Dorit and PK were also hit with federal tax liens over an alleged $1 million dollars in back taxes. the IRS filed two federal tax liens over unpaid tax bills. The first was filed against Dorit and Paul "PK" Kemsley for unpaid 2015 taxes totaling $635,887.23.

The second lien was for PK solely and accuses him of failing to pay an additional $289,423.67 for the years 2014 and 2016. The grand total of the debt for both liens comes to $925,310.90.

Looks like Dorit will have more than enough material for next season, where she will be joined by two new housewives.
