Dorit Kemsley is shutting down accusations that she's flaunting her "white privilege" at an "inappropriate time" by dedicating a post to Black Lives Matter and she's using her kids to help get her message across. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was at the center of controversy after posting a selfie wearing head to toe Chanel. Angry fans were quick to point out that it was the wrong time to flash her wealth given the climate, and now she's responding.

Her BLM Post:

"They want to be loved, to learn, and to feel safe," she continued before turning the post to reflect the movement. "It is in our hands to create a better society for them than the one we grew up in," the housewife added while tagging "BLM" and "Black Lives Are Important." Her followers immediately sung her praises by leaving her comments of appreciation. "This is why your my favorite RHOBH💎SIMPLY AMAZING 💫," one person wrote. "So wonderfully said," applauded another.

Flaunting Her 'White Privilege'

Only hours earlier, she was attacked for not using her platform to speak out, something her followers were quick to forgive. As The Blast reported, Dorit Kemsley was called out by angry fans who slammed the star for flaunting her "white privilege" at an "inappropriate" time. Many called the "RHOBH" star "tone-deaf" over the high-fashion photos and encouraged her to use her voice to get others on board the movement. But she's not the only housewife facing harsh criticism over her Chanel post.

Erika Jayne Made The Same Move:

Her "RHOBH" co-star Erika Jayne was practically canceled after posting a sizzling hot selfie with many also labeling the shot "tone-deaf." While several were left scratching their heads over the timing, others were insistent that the leopard print picture was a direct shot at her frenemy Denise Richards. Erika Jayne has yet to comment on the criticism but she didn't hold back when someone came after her cop son on her Black Out Tuesday post. Her 26-year-old son is a cop in California and she proved she's a protective mama bear.
